As you know my name is Scarlet, I was born and raised near the dungeon of Ice with my brother Little John. Where as he studied the art of war through might and speed, I decided to try my hand at the arcane arts.

Our Father, Big John, always told us to be prepared for anything. When we were old enough he told us why. Araushnee was our mother and she was an evil woman. One night I started being tormented by nightmares horrible things did come to me and tore at my very soul. My brother also felt these premonitions.

I was strong willed enough to fight these urges to follow down my mother’s path of vileness, my brother was not. He has turned to the side of darkness.

One morning I woke to find my father slain. My brother stood over him a bloody fork in hand. He looked at me and bolted toward the door. I was more prepared than he thought. As I cast my arcane magics he stopped in his tracks. "Why?" I asked. He only looked at me with sadness in his eyes. I watched as the magics wore off, and found I could not raise my hand to him. As he left He said it wasn’t him and that he would find the killer. I’ve never heard from him again, although I continue to hear tales of horror about him.

One cursed morning I wandered into a horde of patrolling ratmen. Screaming and cursing these vile creatures attacked me. Utilizing all of my powers, I was exhausted. My Powers waning I needed a breather. Suddenly a woman in red rode in wielding a mighty mace. Distracting the horde of ratmen as I got the breather I needed for my body to recharge. Reciting words of power as fireballs burst from my fingertips, together my savior and I dispatched the horde of ratmen. When the last beast fell I turned to my mounted savior, "My thanks and my life are yours." She turned to me and replied" Thanks is more than I need.... Lets get someplace safe."

It turned out my savior was the Vice Guildmistress of the Knight’s of Britannia, Mystic Rose. Stating she was impressed with my skills she invited me to join KoB. I accepted the offer and continue to improve my abilities under the guidance of some of the greatest mages and warriors in our lands.
